ot technically a wine, piquette is made by rehydrating grape pomace with water then bottling under crown seal for the remaining sugars to ferment adding a slight spritz. Our piquette is made with Dolcetto grape skins but with a little twist it has been dry hopped with Cascade, Citra, Chinook, Amarillo Hops. Think Cranberries and raspberries!!
